Beyoncé Launches Vegan Delivery Service

Since then she’s been dabbling in veganism and vegetarianism, and says she aims to try and incorporate more plant-based foods in her diet overall. A recent poll showed that many people who try a vegetarian or vegan diet don’t stick with it. They either don’t invest enough time in how to maintain it in a healthy way, or they fall into a rut and lose interest. It takes a lot of planning and preparation. The good news is vegetarians have less heart disease, less inflammation, carry less body weight and live longer, so all of that preparation pays off. There is also an environmental tie-in. Raising animals for the meat industry leads to a lot of extra carbon in the atmosphere. It is becoming easier to lead a vegetarian lifestyle. Many restaurants are carrying such options nowadays.
